Zenith Energy has agreed three new contracts with three global oil and gas operators, for the provision of specialist drilling and well engineering personnel through its consultancy division.
The well engineering consultancy service, which was launched in February, further complements Zenith’s existing well engineering division, with its significant network of professional well engineering consultants. Zenith will provide high calibre and specialist energy consultants for international, UK abandonment and on-going North Sea work for the three firms.
The consultancy division, which can source from a single placement to the provision of full teams, both onshore and offshore, is managed by Jo McIntosh, who brings with her a wealth of market knowledge and over 11 years industry experience in this niche area. She has previously held management positions within other consultancy companies in Aberdeen and Dubai, and has successfully tendered and secured global contracts for the placement of well engineering personnel.
Managing director of Zenith Energy, Martin Booth, said: “These recent contracts are key in the growth of the consultancy division and shows our ability to work with large global operators. We first launched the consultancy service following increasing requests from clients who required personnel rather than full well management of their operations, and we are already experiencing high interest, which is a great achievement as we reach our two-year anniversary.”
Consultancy manager at Zenith Energy, Jo McIntosh, said: “The experience and knowledge that I have acquired in previous roles, both in the UK and worldwide has placed me in a good position to support and develop the consultancy division within Zenith Energy. To be working with such reputable and large firms at this stage of the division is great and shows incredible progress and success. With a large database of global candidates and expertise across operations worldwide, we are able to provide clients with highly skilled and experienced candidates who can deliver both technically and personally.”
